Geometric Music Studio is the name given to the Shape of Sound's product offerings, Geometirc Music Studio is there to help you add extra movement, shape and dynamics to your music.

Sketch Synth 3D is the first commercial offering from the Shape of Sound, it allows you to sketch music in 3D using mouse, touchpad or via OSC input (for instance from the Xbox Kinect).  Sketch Sound 3D is a lite version of Sketch Synth 3D that allows you to draw sounds; but does not have the same input and output capabilities as Sketch Synth 3D.

The products are currently available in the iOS app store for the iPad 1 & 2, and has a desktop version has just been released for the Mac.  For upgrades after Christmas we are looking at WiiMote support for Desktop devices, an iPhone version, Windows and Android support.  If you want access to a Windows preview release then please get in contact on the support page.

The Telekinetic Conductor was an open source demo done to show how the XBox Kinect could be used in order to add effects over the top of music, the snapshot below shows one incarnation of the software incorporating WiiMotes and the Kinect to control sound generation parameters in 8 Dimensions, you can find videos on youtube. OSCKinnection built on this to substitute in OSC as a protocol for communicating between components instead of using a custom protocol. OSCKinnection can be used to control Sketch Synth 3D; however in the early versions of Sketch Synth 3D we have better support for a similar tool called OSCeleton
